We accept orders from countries outside the USA. Free shipping applies to orders in the USA if item mentioned FREE SHIPPING on that item only. Customers ordering from Canada will be informed of shipping charges once orders are processed by UPS. Customers in countries other than the USA and Canada must order by email or call (323) 656-2475.
No returns or exchanges may be made on orders from outside the USA. Quality Electronics is not responsible for any customs fees or any other agent fees associated with international shipping. Be prepared for possible delays associated with routine customs checks on internationally shipped products.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled online or via e-mail. To cancel any order, please call us at (888) 656-2475 between 10:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. Orders already in the process of shipment will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
Defective media products may be exchanged for the same item. Non-defective media that has been opened cannot be returned. Quality Electronics does not provide returns for any turntables.
All accessory and parts sales are final. This includes all dj parts, turntable parts, styluses, cartridges, cleaners, vinyls, lubricants, crossfaders, input faders, toggle switches, power supplies, cordless batteries, camcorder batteries, and fog juice, dj headphones. All Shaver and razor's are final sale.
Upon inspection and verification of a manufacturer's defect, Quality Electronics will replace the defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping to the customer. The 2-weeks return policy is still enforced.
If an item is missing from your order, please contact a customer service representative at (888) 656-2475. Multiple item orders are on occasion, shipped separately. If an item has not been shipped, Quality Electronics will send the item(s) to you at no additional shipping costs.
Wrongly Shipped Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact customer service immediately at (888) 656-2475. If the mistake is ours, you will not be charged for returning the wrong item or receiving the right item. Wrongly shipped items must be reported immediately, no later than three days after receiving the package. All mistakenly ordered items are unfortunately charged for associated shipping costs and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
In cases where items are not available from our manufacturers as promised, we give you the ability to "Pre-Order" the new item before anyone else can! As soon as the items are available from our manufacturer, we will immediately ship them to you. Some items are allocated, which means that only a limited number of pieces will be shipped regardless of the amount of orders received. We ship on a first-come-first-served basis. Your order will be shipped based on the order it was received.
Note: We never charge your credit card until your items are ready to ship.
Damaged Items During Shipments
Upon inspection and verification that an item was damaged in the process of shipment, Quality Electronics will replace the damaged merchandise at no additional shipping charge. Items will be shipped at ground speed unless specified otherwise by customer. Damaged shipments must be reported immediately and all original packages must be kept for inspection. Call (888) 656-2475.
